We pick the departure that lands you 90 minutes before gates open and still leaves a seat for the last night. If a connection is thin, we say so on the route page.
Rooms are grouped by squad, not by booking date, so nobody wakes up in a room of strangers. Check-in is held until 23:40 on arrival night.
Set up before the border, activated on landing. Group chat, ride apps and card payments all run on it without hunting for a kiosk.
Each trip ships with a named contact, a missed-connection protocol and a second route. Border queues at Krakovets can run long, so we build a two-hour buffer into the return leg.
